Minehead hosted Yeovil and Sherborne A for what proved to be a difficult tie. Minehead ultimately coming out on top with five goals to Yeovil’s 3.

Goals coming mainly from Alex Covey who managed to defy form and score 4 goals, earning himself man of the match, only to ruin all the good work at the final whistle by shouting out the wrong teams name for the 3 cheers.

Daz Meecham, who has been ever present on the scoresheet this year picked up the 5th goal ensuring the win. The defensive line, although struggling to keep all the balls out of the goal had a fairly solid game and were rightly rewarded with the win.

Minehead go on to face West Dorset A this coming weekend in a mid-table clash.
